Family & caregiver privacy notice

Updated 29 October 2026. This notice explains the family enquiry and caregiver expression-of-interest forms on this website. It is not a booking, employment, or placement contract.

Family enquiries

The family form asks for the parent or guardian's name, email, city or area, requested care type, optional schedule, and notes. It records your consent, enquiry reference, and submission time.

Caregiver applications

The caregiver form asks for your name, phone, age, city or area, experience level, and preferred role. Availability, spoken languages, and notes are optional. It also records your chosen page language, consent, application reference, and submission time. The form is for adults aged 18 or over; it does not confirm a job, interview, training, or placement.

How submitted details are used

Your details are saved in the website database so the website owner can review and follow up on your enquiry or application. A notification containing the submitted information may also be sent to the website owner. There is no publicly accessible list of enquiries or applications.

Please keep sensitive information out

Do not include your child's full name, exact home address, medical details, identity numbers, documents, bank details, or payment information. General care preferences and relevant experience are enough for an initial conversation. This website is not an emergency or medical service.

Your consent

Each form requires consent before submission. For caregiver applications, the consent also confirms you are at least 18 and permits application-related follow-up using the contact information you supply. An application or enquiry is not an automatic commitment.

Website services and safeguards

This cPanel version uses the hosting owner's Apache, PHP, and MySQL services. Optional owner email notifications are sent only when configured in the private server config; no Manus services are required.

Language preference

The caregiver page stores your preferred page language in your browser so it can be reused. Changing languages does not submit the form or upload your entered details. No identity document uploads are requested by the initial application.

Changes or deletion

Ask the website owner to update or delete a saved record, quoting your reference when they contact you. A dedicated privacy contact and formal retention schedule have not yet been supplied. Until those details are established, please provide only the minimum information needed.

Return to the family enquiry or return to the caregiver application.
